Qualifications

• EU: 4+ years of clinical monitoring experience in pharma/CRO
• Oncology experience beneficial
• Travel availability for Denmark/Sweden

Responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits and ensure protocol compliance and data integrity.
• Lead and mentor CRAs, provide guidance on monitoring plans and budgets.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and ensure proper documentation in eTMF/TMF.
