Job summary

KraviAnalytics is seeking a Project Coordinator to support identification of major calls and grant opportunities, with a focus on Horizon Europe, and to drive pre-award and post-award project management. You will liaise with partners, funders and researchers to strengthen international collaboration and funding.

The role requires initiative, creativity, and an interest in space technology, with remote and Lund-based work options.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in political science, law, business administration, communication or equivalent area.
• Understanding of, and interest in interdisciplinary work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Documented excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Documented experience in scientific writing, including for a wider audience.
• Ability to integrate LLM in administrative workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support the application process and disseminate information about opportunities.
• Identify suitable major calls and grant opportunities, especially international and within Horizon Europe.
• Provide project management support, project administration and reporting, including pre‑award and post‑award work.
