Jobgether is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a U.S. plaintiff-side practice from a fully remote role based in Europe. The ideal candidate will manage intake, gather medical and insurance records, prepare settlement materials, and assist with pleadings and discovery while coordinating with clients and medical providers across jurisdictions.

You will work during U.S. business hours, using AI tools to streamline workflows and maintain high-quality, compliant case files

Formación

• At least 5 years of professional paralegal, lawyer, or attorney experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support attorneys in managing plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Conduct client intake and collect information on accidents, injuries, insurance, employment, and medical history.
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, insurance records, and other supporting evidence.
• Maintain client communication regarding treatment, progress, and milestones.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and witnesses.
• Prepare settlement demands, documents, case summaries, and materials.
• Track treatment, liens, damages, and settlement activity.
• Assist with lien resolution and court filings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery materials, notices, subpoenas, and other documents.
• Support deposition, mediation, and trial preparation with exhibits and records.
• Monitor statutes of limitation and court deadlines.
• Submit filings using electronic systems and maintain digital case files.
