Job summary

My Derma Dream, a fast-growing US skincare brand, seeks a Video Editor to craft high-performing, short-form ads. You will transform scripts, UGC footage, product demos, and AI content into ready-to-launch ads across Meta platforms.

You’ll write hooks, test variations, and iterate based on performance data. Expect 6 days of work, 10 hours per day, in a fully remote, full-time setting with exposure to the latest AI video tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form video ads for DTC/e-commerce.
• Portfolio of direct-response ads with hooks, pacing, and storytelling built for retention.
• Strong understanding of what makes a direct-response video ad perform.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form, performance-driven video ads, mainly for Meta, from scripts and briefs.
• Create hooks and test multiple variations of each ad.
• Work with UGC footage, product demos, AI content, voiceovers and other assets.
