Thermo Fisher Scientific in Sweden is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our global team and support administrative and technical tasks for trial projects. You will assist site activation, ensure audit readiness, and help develop the site activation critical path to enable rapid activations.

As part of the role, you’ll provide training to new staff, maintain SOP-aligned processes, and collaborate with internal teams and sites to manage documents, translations, and regulatory inputs.

Qualifications

• High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year).
• In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and complete trial activities per task matrix.
• Review and document findings in study systems.
• Ensure tasks are on time and within budget; raise risks to project leads.
• Provide system support (Activate & eTMF) and keep databases current.
• Handle administrative tasks on assigned trials, including processing documents to Client (eTMF) and distributing communications.
• Analyze and reconcile study metrics and findings reports; assist with site documentation issues.
• Assist with site file and non-clinical study supplies coordination and translation materials.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and regulatory guidelines applicable to services.
• May conduct on-site feasibility visits and support scheduling meetings.
