Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations based in Sweden. You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot banking applications, and work with developers and vendors to improve stability.

Responsibilities include monitoring, configuration, access management, and contributing to automation and knowledge sharing to reduce disruptions. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or operations in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and incident management.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring IT incidents and implement corrective measures to improve application reliability.
• Troubleshoot application errors in collaboration with developers, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor banking applications and optimize monitoring processes; identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and administer banking applications (OpenLease) including workflows and user roles.
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level application support and contribute to major incident management.
• Process user access requests and maintain permissions per security policies.
• Document investigations, changes, and resolutions; maintain knowledge base.
• Support continuous improvement in application operations and service delivery.
