Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project across graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will critique AI outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training in a remote, worldwide setup.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in creative fields and proven experience with tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Canva. Flexible schedule and independent work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related fields.
• Proficiency with the listed creativity apps; experience with similar tools is welcome.
• Verified paid experience in AI human-data work, including annotation or evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural/Milanote.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs and multimedia for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
