Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focusing on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and AI training data evaluation. You will review AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and contribute to creative workflows in a fully remote setting.

Requirements include 2+ years in graphic design, video editing, or related fields, familiarity with Figma/Adobe tools, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX.
• Experience with AI training data evaluation and annotating AI outputs is required.
• Strong English communication skills; remote work ability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using standard design tools and workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and UX.
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
