Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert (Contractor) to support a client project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP system evaluation. You'll apply accounting judgment and systems expertise to assess AI-generated outputs and training data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365 or comparable systems.
• Strong English written and verbal communication; AI training/data evaluation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows and financial systems logic across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
