Job summary

Amoria Bond is seeking a Reliability Engineer for an interim assignment in Uppsala. You will focus on proactive maintenance, eliminating losses on production lines and building robust operator maintenance practices.

The role is on-site in Uppsala for an estimated 12 months, with full-time workload and immediate start. Prior experience in regulated environments (GMP, nuclear or similar) is a strong plus, and MNS certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Solid background in reliability engineering within a production setting.
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and loss elimination.
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
• Experience from regulated manufacturing environment is a strong advantage (GMP, nuclear or similar).
• European maintenance certification (MNS) is a bonus.
• Swedish language is an advantage but not a dealbreaker.

Are you a Reliability Engineer (freelance) who thrives on making production lines run better and not just react when they don't?

I'm working with an established manufacturing company in Uppsala to find a Reliability Engineer for an interim assignment starting as soon as possible.

This isn't a break-fix role. The focus is systematic, building out preventive maintenance, strengthening operator maintenance practices, and driving real MTBF/MTTR improvements on complex production equipment. You'll operate without formal personnel responsibility but will be expected to take ownership, set the direction, and bring others with you.

What you'll be doing:

• Working proactively to identify and eliminate technical losses on production lines
• Developing and improving preventive maintenance programmes and maintenance intervals
• Supporting the implementation of robust operator maintenance practices
• Driving measurable reliability improvements across the production environment

What you bring:
