Responsibilities

• Handle entire recruitment cycle from client contact to onboarding.
• Build and develop client relationships and generate new business.
• Drive recruitment processes for senior profiles.
• Conduct search and headhunting to create candidate pipelines.
• Ensure quality in profiling, screening, and matching.
• Advise clients on competency needs and market positioning.
