• Proven leadership of multi-site Field Service or operational teams.

• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and workforce allocation.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Field Services organization within the region.
• Deploy and execute Transit Field Services strategy, processes, and tools.
• Develop, track, and improve operational KPIs focused on quality, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage Resident Site Managers, Field Service Operations Managers, Warranty Managers, and Customer Service Managers.
• Perform regular workforce planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Support Services Sales teams in developing and delivering service solutions.
• Strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the service business.
• Partner with Resident Engineers and Project Teams to support project execution during warranty phases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Management regarding product performance and serviceability improvements.
• Ensure training and competency development across the Field Services organization.
• Support warranty, retrofit, and maintenance activities while ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer success through effective service delivery and issue resolution.
