Job summary

Wabtec, a frontrunner in the railway industry, is looking for a Project Quality Manager based in Landskrona, Sweden. In this role, you will lead a team of two Project Quality Engineers, ensuring high quality and service for customers while driving quality investigations and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Quality roles, particularly within the automotive or railway sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills in both English and Swedish are required, along with technical and analytical proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Quality roles and 2+ years in people management.
• Experience in industrial production, preferably automotive or railway.
• Strong technical drawing comprehension and experience with quality data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two Project Quality Engineers.
• Ensure customer needs are met through effective communication.
• Drive quality investigations and handle customer complaints.
• Work proactively in early project phases to improve quality assurance.
• Create and implement lessons learned from past deviations.
