Job summary

Kärcher in Gothenburg seeks a Regional OTC Analyst to join the regional finance team. You will own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for Region Northern Europe, focusing on rebates, master data accuracy, and commercial finance reporting.

You will partner with local sales, our Shared Service Center, and regional leaders to ensure terms are accurate, compliant, and clearly communicated. Strong SAP experience and English fluency are essential in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of finance experience with emphasis on accounts receivable and OTC processes.
• Strong proficiency with SAP CCS and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Fluent in English; Swedish or other Nordic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for Region Northern Europe.
• Manage rebate lifecycle, provisions, and recharges with accuracy.
• Deliver commercial reporting and financial analysis to leadership with key KPI insights.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and compliance, and support audits.
