Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Accounting or Finance and has at least five years of progressively responsible experience, including managerial experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years of managing a team or finance function.
• Strong academic and professional foundation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions including cash management and payroll.
• Manage and develop a regional accounting team.
• Ensure accurate computation of tax returns and financial reporting.
• Drive annual financial closings and audit readiness.
• Act as operational contact between local team and Global Shared Service Center.
• Implement system improvements and enhance financial master data.
