Lexenergy is seeking a Software Engineer – Energy Systems & Smart Charging to join our tight-knit software team in Gothenburg. You’ll work on core logic powering LexHub and LexBox, building real-time control and data features that ensure chargers, batteries, and flexibility solutions run reliably in live installations.

The role favors ownership and close collaboration with hardware, with hands-on development from idea to deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years of backend or hardware-close software experience.
• Experience in smaller, fast-moving teams and taking ownership of full development cycle.
• Strong proficiency in Golang or Python and system-to-system communication (MQTT, APIs).
• Curiosity to understand chargers, batteries, grid, and control.

Aufgaben

• Build and improve control logic for charging, battery systems, and flexibility services
• Develop and enhance internal APIs and data structures
• Integrate third-party services
• Troubleshoot, test, and validate features in live installations
• Collaborate with the team to ensure stable operation and a strong user experience
