Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field required; PhD is a plus.
• Strong R&D, product and process development experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with scientific thinking.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with board/paper laminate manufacturing is desirable.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex R&D projects from conception to implementation.
• Perform market research and competitive analyses to spot opportunities.
• Develop business cases with financial projections and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across R&D and the org.
• Present findings and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify partnerships, acquisitions, or collaborations to expand reach.
• Stay updated on relevant technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior R&D professionals and support their growth.
