How You'll Make An Impact
  • Responsibility for planning and managing prioritized projects to ensure effective and timely fleet-wide issue resolution
  • Coordination of the complete issue-resolution process, from defining clear problem statements and conducting root cause analyses to validating and implementing sustainable technical solutions
  • Leadership and alignment of all relevant cross-functional interfaces across the organization to maintain project progress and successfully resolve complex technical challenges
  • Development and execution of risk mitigation strategies, as well as coordination of internal and external communication related to ongoing projects and technical issues
  • Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans, milestone schedules, and project budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Promotion of continuous improvement through lessons learned, quality feedback to engineering teams, prevention of issue recurrence, and participation in or support of customer meetings worldwide as a technical partner to the commercial project organization
What You Bring
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or in a comparable field
  • Several years of experience within the industrial gas turbine industry or a related technical business environment
  • Knowledge about commercial projects and power plant business
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, including leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
  • Training or certificate in Project Management is meritorious
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to easily navigate through ambiguity
  • Good skills in talking and reading English.
