Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Quality Improvement Engineer to strengthen our quality organization through continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with manufacturing. You will link manufacturing and assembly quality, driving initiatives that raise quality performance and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in continuous improvement, project management, process development, or operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate quality improvement initiatives within manufacturing and assembly quality departement.
  • Develop, implement, and harmonize quality processes and ways of working between manufacturing and assembly.
  • Analyze, monitor, and visualize quality performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Support Quality Review Meetings (QRM) by providing trend analysis, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, process performance reviews, customer feedback, and operational input.
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional improvement activities.
  • Track and follow up on improvement actions to ensure sustainable results and measurable business impact.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality management programs focused on continuous improvement.
  • Promote employee engagement and collaboration to identify and implement improvements at all levels of the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of a data-driven quality culture.

We are looking for a driven and analytical Quality Improvement Engineer to support the development of our quality organization through continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will act as a key link between manufacturing and assembly quality, driving initiatives that improve quality performance, strengthen collaboration, and enhance operational excellence across the organization.

How you’ll make a difference

What you bring

We believe you are a proactive and curious individual with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You also possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in continuous improvement, project management, process development, or operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to coordinate activities and drive initiatives across functions and organizational boundaries.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or other business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with quality management principles, non-conformance processes, or root cause analysis methodologies.
