Job summary

3M Sweden, Gagnef plant, is seeking a Quality Engineer for the welding portfolio to apply curiosity and collaborate with diverse teams in a global setting.

You will drive improvements in production, support root cause analysis, and ensure quality documentation and processes are robust. This on-site, daytime role is a maternity cover for 12 months starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Technical education in quality, production, or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with root cause investigations and problem-solving methods.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and quality tools.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
