Job summary

A trusted engineering consultancy is looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure quality end-to-end in Linköping. You will validate processes and products, lead quality activities, and collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, and is fluent in Swedish and English. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer or in industrialization.
  • Experience from regulated or high-precision industries is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of standards like ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or ISO 45000.

As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. You’ll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup – backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.

Your profile
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or similar)
  • 3+ yearsof hands-onexperience as a Quality Engineer or in industrialization within a manufacturing environment
  • Solid command of quality fundamentals: pFMEA, control plans, equipment qualification, process validation, and technical documentation
  • Experience from regulated or high-precision industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive,pharmaceuticals, or medtech is a plus
  • Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or ISO 45000 is an advantage
  • Exceptionally structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to drive quality topics in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
  • Fluent in Swedish and Business fluent in English
