Qualifications

Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. Your profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or similar)
• 3+ yearsof hands-onexperience as a Quality Engineer or in industrialization within a manufacturing environment
• Solid command of quality fundamentals: pFMEA, control plans, equipment qualification, process validation, and technical documentation
• Experience from regulated or high-precision industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive,pharmaceuticals, or medtech is a plus
• Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or ISO 45000 is an advantage
• Exceptionally structured and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to drive quality topics in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
• Fluent in Swedish and Business fluent in English

• Ensure quality end-to-end: From industrialization through production and validation, you make sure that processes, equipment, and products meet stringent quality and traceability requirements
• Lead quality activities: Develop, implement, and follow up on pFMEA, control plans, and preventive quality measuresacross the production chain
