Swedish Match is transforming its business and seeking Supervisors for Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality at Gothenburg and Kungälv. You will lead QC activities, uphold quality standards, and drive improvements across production with a focus on regulatory compliance and consumer satisfaction.

You will coach a team of quality professionals, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required.

Mansioni

• Lead and prioritize daily activities for about 10 team members within Quality Control and Manufacturing Quality
• Monitor manufacturing quality performance and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Review, investigate, and resolve quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities
• Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews
• Drive corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methods
• Ensure laboratory and quality control equipment is maintained and calibrated
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture through coaching and clear communication
