Job summary

QRIOS Life Science & Engineering is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager for Nanexa AB in Uppsala. The position is full-time, integral to building a quality function in a growing pharmaceutical company.

The QA Manager will develop and implement a Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and leading audits. Applicants should have a relevant MSc degree, several years of QA experience, and proficiency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within QA in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Experience in development and/or validation of manufacturing or analytical processes.
• Experience in authoring and reviewing GxP-critical documentation including SOPs, deviations, CAPAs and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Assess and approve batch-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements for clinical trial materials.
• Lead internal audits and audits of external service providers.
• Provide guidance in quality-related matters.
