Job summary

PA Consulting in Sweden seeks a Managing Consultant (Senior Manager/Director equivalent) for Public Services in Stockholm. You will lead strategic transformations for public sector clients, shaping operating models, governance and digital initiatives.

Youll collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive revenue opportunities, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to growth of our Public Services practice in Sweden while balancing delivery and client leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in public sector transformation and a proven consulting background.
• Experience delivering strategy, operating model or transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of public sector structures, governance, and operating environments.
• Experience with digital transformation, data or business process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue generation by identifying opportunities and shaping proposals.
• Lead and deliver complex analysis, strategy and transformation workstreams in public sector programs.
• Act as a senior voice on client engagements, shaping recommendations for leadership.
• Support design and implementation of operating models, governance structures and organisational transformations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients in complex stakeholder and political environments.
• Support growth of our Public Services business in Sweden; coach and mentor junior consultants.
