Job summary

NCC is seeking a Head of Project Steering for its Green Industry Transformation initiative in Luleå, Sweden. In this role, you will lead governance structures and support project development to enable large-scale industrial transitions across the Nordics.

We look for an experienced leader who excels in stakeholder management, governance development, and coaching. You'll drive change and influence project outcomes without formal authority, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in large and complex industrial, infrastructure, construction or EPC environments.
• Experience in developing, implementing and improving governance models, processes, methods or management systems.
• Proven ability to lead change and support teams through capability development.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern project governance structures, steering models and decision-making frameworks.
• Support early project development and customer discussions from a project governance perspective.
• Establish and develop project readiness and execution assurance processes.
