Qualifications

• Several years of experience working within large and complex industrial, infrastructure, construction or EPC environments.
• Experience in developing, implementing and improving governance models and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and onboard specialists.

• Support early project development and customer discussions.
• Lead the onboarding and development of specialists.
