Job summary

inventYOU IT Consulting is seeking a structured and proactive Test Coordinator to support planning, coordination, follow-up, and reporting of test activities at complete vehicle integration test level. You will drive transparency, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate meetings, and support stakeholders while enhancing test processes with AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience in engineering, software, electronics, embedded systems, or vehicle systems.
• Experience in test coordination, planning, verification, validation, or technical project coordination.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of test processes, reporting, follow-up, and risk/dependency management.
• Experience with software/hardware integration or large technical systems.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
