Job summary

Qliro is seeking a Project Manager to own strategically important projects from scoping to delivery, coordinating product, engineering, legal, risk and operations, and external partners. You will also present demos, engage customers, and help shape the commercial narrative of Pay Later and Pay Now offerings.

In this role you will work closely with Product and Commercial teams, report into the Product organization, and influence which requests are prioritized and when they are delivered.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in project or program management, product delivery or solution management in payments, fintech or e-commerce.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with several dependent teams and a firm deadline.
• Experience with payments products, Pay Later in particular, plus Pay Now, card and account-to-account payments.
• Comfortable in partner- and customer-facing settings: presenting, running workshops and supporting a commercial process end to end.
• Experience packaging a product or solution, turning technical capability into a clear offer with a value proposition a customer understands.
• Technical enough to hold your own with engineers and PMs; understand checkout flow and credit decisions.
• Able to switch registers in the same day: grooming with engineering, partner meetings, steering updates to leadership.
• Commercially minded, reading partner conversations for offer implications.
• Comfortable using AI in daily work and keen to drive innovation with Claude.
• Fluent in English; Swedish and/or Finnish a strong plus.

What your team does

Do you want to own the projects that turn Qliro's payment capabilities into products our partners actually buy? We're looking for a Project Manager to sit at the intersection of Product, Commercial and Delivery, and to take our most strategically important projects from an idea on a slide to a live, packaged proposition in the market.

The role has two halves. In the first, you drive projects end to end, scope, plan, milestones, dependencies and risks. Coordinating internal stakeholders across product, engineering, legal, risk and operations, and external ones including larger partners, merchants and customers.

In the second, you are the spokesperson for what you build: you meet partners and customers, run demos and workshops, gather feedback, and help sell the solution.

You work daily with Product and Commercial and report into the Product organization. That gives you an unusually wide view of Qliro's Pay Later and Pay Now offering and the influence to decide what gets built when, which partner requests make the cut, and which are deferred.

What you will do:

• Own strategically important projects end to end, from scope and plan through milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery, you are the single point of accountability for getting them landed
• Coordinate stakeholders on both sides: internally across product, tech, legal, risk and operations, and externally with larger partners, merchants and customers
• Align on requirements, unblock decisions, and escalated when a project stalls
• Turn projects into products — shape the proposition, packaging and commercial narrative for Qliro's Pay Later and Pay Now offering
• Act as spokesperson for your projects: present to partners and customers, run demos and workshops, and support Sales in commercial conversations
• Collect structured feedback from partners and customers and feed it back into the team's roadmap
• Report progress and outcomes to leadership, giving them one clear view of status, risks and the decisions you need from them

What you'll bring to the team:

• 3-6 years in project or program management, product delivery or solution management in payments, fintech or e-commerce
• A track record running cross-functional projects with several dependent teams and a firm deadline, from scoping through launch
• Experience with payments products, Pay Later in particular, plus Pay Now, card and account-to-account payments
• Comfortable in partner- and customer-facing settings: presenting, running workshops and supporting a commercial process end to end
• Experience packaging a product or solution, turning technical capability into a clear offer with a value proposition a customer understands
• Technical enough to hold your own with engineers and PMs you understand how a checkout flow and a credit decision work well enough to challenge a solution
• Able to switch registers in the same day: grooming with engineering in the morning, a partner meeting after lunch, a steering update to leadership before end of day
• Commercially minded, reading a partner conversation for what it says about the offer, not just for what it means for the project plan
• Comfortable using AI in your daily work and keen to drive innovation with it — we work with Claude, and we expect our PMs to lead the way
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Swedish and/or Finnish a strong plus
