Job summary

Linxens Sweden AB, part of the Linxens global group, develops and manufactures tailor‑made solutions for biosensors and wearables. We seek a Project Manager to lead detailed plans, timelines and budgets to ensure on‑time product delivery.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales and production across Europe and Asia to deliver high‑quality results while meeting regulatory requirements. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

  • BS in engineering with 10+ years in technical project management.
  • Master’s in engineering is preferred.
  • Fluent Swedish and English are required.
  • Knowledge of medical devices or regulated industry is favorable.

Project Manager – Linxens Sweden AB

Linxens Sweden AB is a young and modern company that develops and manufactures tailor‑made solutions in printing and converting, for products such as biosensors and stick‑to‑skin wearables. Our vision is to revolutionize health through cutting‑edge technology and products that save lives and improve well‑being. Partnering with customers from around the world to offer quality and innovative solutions. Linxens Sweden AB consists of roughly 90 employees located in Ängelholm, Sweden and we are part of a global group with approximately 2500 employees that has high focus on our area of business for future growth.

We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to be involved and contribute to our continuing success.

As a Project Manager With Us, You Will
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and budgets to ensure successful delivery of the products – with a focus on meeting the committed timelines.
  • Contribute, along with the R&D Manager, to improve the project process, manage the project portfolio tracking and aid coworkers in improving their project management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, internal and external, to co‑create project plans that are comprehensive and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and accountable throughout the project.
  • Integrate the technical development plan with the larger project plan working very closely with the technical project leaders and sales representatives.
  • Drive the execution of larger projects, working closely with Engineering and even our other production sites in China and Europe to ensure accountability for committed timelines.
  • Support in completion of development project deliverables such as Project Specifications, Design Review reports, Project Plan and other documentation needed for the project.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality and meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are properly documented and archived, and that all knowledge and lessons learned are captured and shared with the team.
  • Manage risks and issues, ensuring that they are identified, assessed, and mitigated or resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Be a problem solver – go deep into issues, identify root causes, provide solutions and help unblock teams quickly.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
To succeed as a Project Manager at Linxens Sweden AB, you need
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
  • Solid product development/quality background having led the development or participated in product/process development projects end to end, i.e. from concept to production launch
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, must be dedicated, metric focused, understands incremental delivery and the value of metrics.
  • Sound analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven experience in managing cross‑functional teams and stakeholders and ensure that all stakeholders are satisfied with the project deliverables.
Background And/or Experience
  • BS in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent) with 10+ years of experience or master’s degree in an engineering field with 7+ years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical project management, preferably in the medical device development or regulated industry
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 13485, CFR 21) preferred
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
Desirable Experience
  • Solid understanding of industrial production environments, with focus on contract manufacturing, converting and/or printing.
  • PMP, Prince2, SAFE or other traditional and/or Agile project management methodology certifications
  • Experience with MS Project, Teams, Planner, Jira or other project management tools.
