The Role

We are looking for a Project Leader to join our new Strategic Product Projects team in Gothenburg. This team owns Consilium's highest-priority product projects and drives them end to end, from concept through to market launch. In this high‑impact role you will combine project leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and stakeholder management to make sure our most important projects ship on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work across engineering, product management, sales, and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product projects end to end, from concept to launch
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
• Ensure project goals, quality standards, and delivery milestones are achieved
• Identify and remove blockers early to keep momentum from idea to finished product
• Drive consistent, standardised ways of working across our product lines
• Manage stakeholders and provide clear, regular progress reporting to leadership
• Coordinate closely with engineering, product management, production, sales and service teams
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and partners where projects require it
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of how we deliver products as we scale

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects
• A strong project management toolkit covering planning, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder management
• Confidence operating in technical product environments and translating between technical and commercial stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Experience

• New product development combining hardware and software
• Safety systems or other regulated technical environments
• Working in international, matrixed, or multi‑product organisations
