Job summary

Siemens Energy in Finspång seeks a senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead the electrical engineering team within the delivery project organization for Industrial Gas Turbines. You will act as the technical interface to customers, coordinating with project managers to ensure milestones are met and solutions are delivered with excellence.

You will guide strategic planning and execution, collaborating with a talented group focused on innovation, decarbonization, and sustainable energy.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with electrical and/or controls experience.

• The ability to build networks and communicate effectively across various teams, especially with mechanical counterparts.
• Familiarity with MGT Gas turbines is desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Swedish being a plus but not mandatory.

About The Team

The Electrical Project Engineering team consists of approximately 22 skilled professionals, each serving as Project Lead Engineers (PLE) or Project Engineering Managers (PEM) on various projects. Together, we share the responsibility of nominating and appointing PLEs across our Gas Turbine product line, focusing on delivering low-emission power generation solutions. Gas Services division is dedicated to decarbonization and modernization, ensuring that we meet the energy demands of the future while protecting our environment. Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
