Purpose of the Job
The Project Lead role drives the B2B Transformation activities end-2-end according to decided program timelines and budget, with the support from the cross-functional workstreams. The role is placed in the Performance and Development team reporting to the B2B Portfolio Manager.
Responsibilities of the Job
- Lead complex key projects within the B2B area (e.g. platform migration project)
- Define, manage, and execute the project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and maintain close collaboration with internal business stakeholders to capture, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements suitable for technical implementation.
- Act as the primary interface between business users and external software development teams.
- Ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate solution design discussions and support architectural decision-making together with technical experts.
- Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and decision logs.
- Identify project risks, mitigation strategies, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Support data migration planning, system integration activities, and cutover planning.
- Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience/Demonstrated Competencies
- 10 years of experience in a technical project management role
- Experience operating in regulated environments, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience leading platform migration or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of B2B Leasing business and end-2-end processes.
- Demonstrated experience in architectural governance and decision-making at functional level.
- Experience working with multi-market or multi-platform technology landscapes.
- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

Knowledge required
- Knowledge of B2B banking technology landscapes, including multi-market solution design and reuse
- Proven knowledge of regulatory, security, and risk requirements relevant to financial institutions and the leasing and factoring business.
- Understanding of technology governance models, architectural- and commercial decision processes.
- Proven knowledge around end-2-end technical project management.
- Knowledge from previous experience of leading teams successfully, utilizing best practices.
