Job summary

Saab Dynamics in Karlskoga seeks a Program Manager (Contract or Operations Responsible) to govern contractual obligations with customers and ensure delivery on time and budget. You will initiate and maintain relationships both internally and with partners.

The role spans product support and complex system deliveries, with close cooperation to Operations, Development, Purchasing and Production. You will be part of PU unit GBAD in Karlskoga and base your office there.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant field and strong English communication.
• Strong project management with international context experience.
• Negotiation skills, diplomacy, drive and integrity.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Govern contractual obligations toward the customer and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Initiate, maintain and develop internal and external relationships.
• Coordinate with Product, Commercial, Operations, Purchasing and Production.
• Be part of PU unit GBAD in Karlskoga and base your office there.
