Your Role

As Program Director for our contracts within Product Unit Defence & Enhanced capabilities, you will be responsible for our commitments to customers in existing and new contracts. This means that you are responsible for ensuring that the contract execution meets the customers’ requirements and the management’s requirements for profitability. The role involves P&L responsibility for the entire contract lifetime.

You coordinate a business team with participants from different areas of the organization with the task of achieving set goals together. Your role also means that you are the primary point of contact for the customer. Travel is therefore a natural part of the assignment.

In the work of developing our business, you will participate in the prospect phase and then take over responsibility when the business is handed over from prospect to project/program phase for new contracts/businesses.

Qualifications

Business acumen is something that comes naturally and you have the ability not only to see the whole picture but also understand the importance of details. You have a relevant educational background or have worked with similar tasks before, especially with programs and contracts with international customers.

Communicative skills are one of your strongest sides as customer contact and negotiation is a central part of the role as a Program Director.

It is important that you have a genuine interest in people and leadership, to support and lead people around you to achieve jointly set goals is close to your heart.

You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
