Job summary

Stoneridge in Örebro seeks a Production Engineer to develop, specify, purchase, set up and optimize production equipment within industrialization projects. You will create and maintain documentation, support QA, and drive continuous improvement in production methods and layouts.

The role requires a BSc or technical background with Swedish and English skills and more than five years of relevant experience in electronics production, quality, or related fields.

Qualifications

• BSc or technical education or equivalent long-term experience.
• Swedish and English language proficiency.
• More than 5 years of industrial experience in production engineering or quality.
• Experience in electronics production and PC office tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the production engineering department's strategic and operational work.
• Specify, develop, purchase, set up and follow up new production equipment.
• Follow up and improve production equipment and processes.
• Update operation times and ERP data; maintain P-FMEA and Control Plans.
• Support production groups, QA, and risk management activities; contribute to audits.
