Description

The opportunity
As Product Quality Engineer for GI MACH Production & Sourcing, you will drive and lead quality work with focus on coordination on periodic type test activities for legacy electronic products, ensuring alignment with verification team, as well as general product quality issues within electronics.

You will join a strong, solid, dedicated and fun team that puts quality high up on the agenda, as well as our well-being and collaboration ability.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Drive and lead quality work with focus on type tests on electronic products.
  • Support product and production quality connected to our suppliers and designs.
  • Define, monitor and present quality related KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with other departments to develop plans that improve quality, production and total costs.
  • Develop knowledge about our test competencies and capabilities, internally as well as externally.
  • Act as a general quality responsible within our department Production & Sourcing

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering, preferably within area of electronics.
  • Experience in Quality work, Standards and Type Test activities.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to solve complex problems.
  • Proven experience of leading projects.
  • You are a clear, confident communicator with strong writing and presentation abilities.
  • Decisive and composed under pressure, able to make sound judgments in fast-paced environments.
