Job summary

ECARX is seeking a Product Owner in Gothenburg to lead backlog and align vision with business objectives. You will act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to deliver value.

You will translate strategies into actionable tasks, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with UX/UI designers and software developers in an agile environment. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven PO/PM/BA experience in software development.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience in development teams.
• Experience writing/refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog for smooth development.
• Translate strategies into actionable development tasks.
• Gather market and customer insights to improve quality.
• Act as liaison between product and development teams.
• Be available to answer developers' queries.
• Explain product rationale and alignment with strategy.
• Attend Feature & Planning HUB and Trinity meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
