Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Definiera och hantera produktroadmaps, prioriteter och backlogs.
• Driva digitala initiativ från idé till genomförande med agila arbetssätt.
• Samarbeta med finans- och IT-aktörer för att anpassa lösningar till affärsmål.
• Leda förändringar och stödja införandet av nya digitala verktyg.

About Your Job

You lead the development and implementation of digital solutions for the finance organization. Acting as a strategic partner, you identify opportunities for digitalization, connect business needs with technology and improve efficiency across finance processes.

Job responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs.


• Drive digital initiatives from concept to execution using agile ways of working.


• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.


• Lead change and support the adoption of new digital tools.


• Ensure effective integration of technologies across the application landscape.


• Monitor outcomes and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

Location

This position is based in Stockholm or Sandviken.

Your profile

You have several years of experience in product ownership, IT leadership or digital transformation, preferably within Finance IT, together with a solid understanding of finance processes and supporting IT systems. Experience from a large organization helps you navigate complex initiatives and bring business and IT stakeholders together around shared priorities.

Your background also includes

• Good understanding of data, integration and AI, including their potential within finance.


• Experience of ERP solutions and related application landscapes.


• Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs, as well as leading initiatives involving multiple business and IT stakeholders.


• Experience of agile ways of working and change management, combined with a relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.

Collaborative and communicative, you translate complex topics into clear direction. A solution-oriented mindset keeps the focus on business value, while your leadership builds trust and engagement across teams.

The team

You join IT for Sandvik Group Functions, which drives IT and digitalization for corporate functions including HR, Communication, Legal and Finance. The team manages application portfolios, leads digital transformation and supports the group functions in shaping their roadmaps.
