Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of Data & Analytics experience.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data lake and data warehousing.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong Data & Analytics background who combines product leadership with solid expertise in data, analytics and modern cloud data platforms, as well as a keen interest in the opportunities created by AI.

You will play an important role in shaping how Stena Recycling Group uses data and analytics to enable better decisions, improve business performance, and create sustainable business value.

Working with us

Within Business Digital at Stena Recycling Group, we are on an exciting transformation journey towards a product-oriented way of working. Our Data & Analytics product area includes both business solutions – delivering insights, reporting and analytics across Stena Recycling, and enabling solutions, including our data platform (Azure) and analytics platform (Qlik).

As one of two Product Owners, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Data & Analytics capabilities and products. Together with business and a skilled team of Data Engineers, BI Developers, Information Architects and Solution Architects, you will turn business needs into valuable and sustainable Data & Analytics digital solutions.

Using your potential, you will:

• Define product vision, roadmap and OKRs in collaboration with management
• Work closely with business to understand their needs and translate them into product outcomes, capabilities and features.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs by customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Empower the product team by providing context, direction and clear priorities, enabling the team to maximise value delivery.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and build strong relationships across business, technology and management.
• Promote knowledge sharing, reuse and synergies across products and wider organisation.
• Explore how AI and emerging Data & Analytics capabilities can create new opportunities and business value.

It starts with you!

As a Product Owner you have:

• Proven experience working with agile product development, including product vision, roadmaps, backlog management and prioritization within Data & Analytics.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, combined with a strong understanding of business processes, performance management, reporting and analytics needs, enabling you to translate business challenges into valuable data and analytics solutions.
• A good understanding of how data quality, data governance, master data and semantic models contribute to trusted and scalable Data & Analytics solutions.
• The ability to understand and challenge business requirements, explore opportunities and help identify solutions that create business value.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience and understanding of Data & Analytics, including modern cloud data platforms, data lake, data warehousing, data integration, data modelling, BI and analytics.
• The ability to engage confidently with engineers and architects on technical topics, while communicating business value, priorities and trade-offs effectively with stakeholders.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or experience working with Finance, Controlling or financial processes, is considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and team leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, create engagement and establish alignment across different perspectives and organizational levels.
• Engaged and passionate with a strong business acumen and holistic view

• Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
