Job summary

Postkodlotteriet is seeking a Product Owner to own the product vision and roadmap for the Draw Team. You will ensure the draw lifecycle across lotteries is reliable, compliant, and tailored to local markets, while balancing group capabilities with local rules.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across markets, lead initiatives, and advocate for internal users to maximize long-term value and impact across our global product platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/Product Manager with defined product area and dedicated development team.
• Experience with internal/backend-heavy products in complex technical environments.
• Experience across multiple markets or countries with aligned priorities.
• Structured, analytical mindset for business processes and dependencies.
• Experience guiding transformation from complex to simpler states.
• Ability to navigate change and ambiguity with resilience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

• Act as internal user ambassador, ensuring colleague needs and long-term value are at the heart of the product roadmap.
• Plan and implement the product roadmap for your product as part of a value stream, that balances innovative design and technical implementation with regulatory requirements and wider program interdependencies.

How you will make a difference

We are looking for a Product Owner, owning product vision and roadmap for our Draw Team. The Draw Team is responsible for the full draw lifecycle across our lotteries; from prize and rules configuration to scheduling, orchestration, the draw engine itself, results and compliance reporting.

This is not the most visible product area for our players, but it is the most important. Behind every lottery there is a draw that needs to work flawlessly. We need a draw that is reliable, trusted, compliant and adapted to local market requirements. And that’s where you and your team come in. You will help shape a common draw platform across multiple markets, balancing shared group capabilities with the local rules, processes and compliance needs that make each lottery unique.

This is a backend-heavy and businesss-critical product area, so if you enjoy complex domains and problem-solving, you may have found your match. You bring the ability to challenge the status quo and contribute your product expertise to ensure that business needs align with the overall product vision.

You’ll be responsible for:

Qualifications

• A couple of years of work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, where you have owned a defined product area and worked directly with a dedicated team of software developers to set direction.
• Experience of working with internal products or backend-heavy products, preferably in a complex technical environment.
• Experience working in a multi-market, matrix or international environment where priorities need to be aligned across teams and countries.
• A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand business processes, identify dependencies and make evidence-based product decisions
• Experience from transformation where current-state complexity needs to move toward a better future -state
• You bring structure, resilience and a constructive mindset when navigating change and ambiguity
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
