At HMS Industrial Networks, we know our people are the key to our success. We take pride in nurturing a culture that’s inclusive, curious, and welcoming – where every employee is supported in growing both personally and professionally.

Do you want to shape products that make a real difference together with engaged colleagues, customers, and partners? We are looking for a Product Manager to help develop and grow our Network Interface Cards portfolio, in a role where collaboration, curiosity, and long‑term thinking are key to success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Product Manager – Network Interface Cards, you will contribute to the long‑term value and success of our products by bringing together customer insight, business perspective, and technical understanding. You will work with a clear product vision and roadmap, while ensuring thoughtful and well‑informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams, helping align efforts around shared goals and a common understanding of why we build our products. With a strong market and customer focus, you will translate insights, data, and trends into product strategies that support sustainable growth. You will collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our solutions meet real needs and are successfully brought to market.

Your main focus areas include:

  • Shaping and evolving the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle together with key stakeholders
  • Building a deep understanding of customers, users, and market needs to guide priorities
  • Driving collaboration across teams to deliver value in a structured and sustainable way
ABOUT YOU

You are a Product Manager who enjoys working close to technology and understands how technical solutions create customer and business value. You don’t need to be the deepest technical expert, but you are comfortable discussing technical topics, asking the right questions, and translating between engineering teams and market needs.

You value collaboration and clarity, and you approach product decisions with a structured, data‑informed mindset. Working in an international setting motivates you, and you communicate confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

We believe you bring:

  • Experience from product management and a relevant academic background in technology, engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience
  • A solid technical understanding that allows you to collaborate effectively with development teams and assess technical trade‑offs
  • The ability to turn customer, market, and technical insights into clear product priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative way of working across functions and cultures

Meriting:

  • Experience from industrial automation

We know that strong candidates come from many different backgrounds. If you are interested in the role and recognize yourself in most of this description, we encourage you to apply.
