Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a proactive Product Manager for granular media filtration technologies (DynaSand/SuperSand) within Sulzer Water Treatment Solutions. You will own the product portfolio and shape its future, collaborating with global and regional teams to ensure commercial readiness across sales, operations, and application support.

Responsibilities include defining regional strategy, leading launches, and enabling sales with technical support and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
• Experience with granular filtration products is preferred.
• Experience in process engineering, project management, and international work in water treatment.
• Experience from Global Product Management or local/global business development is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer and localize global solutions for regional market requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need

• A self-starter attitude with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of municipal, industrial water and wastewater treatment or similar technical solutions.
• Proven experience and expertise working with granular filtration products.
• Experience process engineering,project management,market-orientedbusiness/product development andinternationalworkwithin a water treatment sector.
• Ideally experience fromGlobal Product Management, alternatively local product portfolio management, global/local business development, sales management or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
