Job summary

Encube, a deep-tech startup in Stockholm, is seeking a Product Manager to own a meaningful product area end to end, from identifying customer problems to shipping reliable product and delivering measurable outcomes.

You’ll work with engineering, design, commercial and leadership to turn uncertainty into shipped product that matters, using AI tools to accelerate research and delivery, and focusing on outcomes over roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined product area from discovery through delivery, iteration and stability.
• Develop understanding of customers, workflows, market dynamics and priorities.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear problems, scope, trade-offs and plans.
• Prioritize for impact and align with Encube’s strategy and outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, commercial and leadership on decisions and risks.
• Ship quickly, learn from evidence and iterate based on user behavior and signals.
• Raise the bar on product quality including edge cases and reliability.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, testing and delivery.
