nShift is seeking a Product Manager for the Companion team, our in-house AI agent, and a portfolio of platform services. You will own the end-to-end product vision, drive the roadmap, and balance stability with velocity, while working closely with engineering to resolve ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
You’ll translate customer workflows into pragmatic AI-driven solutions, prototype before committing, and ensure the product delivers value across our customer-facing products.
nShift is the leading global provider of cloud delivery management solutions (SaaS), we enable the frictionless shipment and return of almost one billion shipments across 190 countries each year. We are headquartered in London and Oslo and have over 500 employees across offices in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Romania. Our software is used by many of the world leading e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and 3PL shippers due to us having over 1000 carriers integrated into our platform, nearly 3 times more than our competitors! If you buy goods online, there is a strong chance that nShift has powered that delivery, so come and join us as we shape the future of shipping, one frictionless journey at a time.
You value freedom and responsibility under accountability. You take ownership of the full product journey end to end, and you're comfortable being the "spider in the web" — the person everything connects through. You're comfortable making the hard decisions that keep the team focused on the strategic outcomes that matter.
nShift is looking for a Product Manager for the team that owns nShift Companion — our in-house AI agent — along with a portfolio of platform services powering our customer-facing products. Companion is where our product vision becomes concrete: intent-driven AI agents that understand what a customer is trying to accomplish and solve it, instead of handing them a documentation link and a support queue. This is a high-ownership role at the core of how nShift's own product teams build on shared infrastructure. You'll partner closely with engineering and internal product teams to resolve ambiguity and hold the line on prioritization even when it's uncomfortable. Platform work is often invisible until it breaks — your job is to make deliberate trade-offs between stability, the velocity of teams building on top of you, and where Companion should extend the platform's reach, without trying to do everything at once.
At nShift we believe in embracing diversity in all forms and fostering an inclusive environment for everyone which we believe is essential for our continued success. We're an equal-opportunity employer which means that all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, family or parental status, national origin, veteran, neurodiversity, or disability status.
