All about the role:

This is a temporary position until October 2026.

As a Product Manager Finance, you will be responsible for execution of the finance roadmap for our PoM Sales and Services. You will be part of the larger Consumer Direct Interaction (CDI) Experience organization, working cross-functionally with product, engineering and business owners to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

The finance product area would require a comprehensive understanding of aftermarket financial flows so as to design solutions & improvement features which drive sales and commercial growth of our PoM channel. You will be reporting to Head of Product Digital Post purchase.

What you'll do:
  • Own the DPP Finance product area which includes financial processes with the objective to optimize operations and provide P&L visibility.
  • Responsible for the definition and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Prioritize product features, integrations, performance, security and scalability.
  • Lead the OKRs definition for the product area and contribute to those of the whole organization.
  • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify the needs and pain points of internal users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights to refine and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Craft and drive roadmaps that deliver business outcomes.
  • Be accountable to deliver an excellent set of products and experiences in production.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Managers, Engineers and SMEs to translate the product vision into detailed product requirements and specifications.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, including planning, execution, and release management.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the products functionality and usability.
  • Make your product as self-serviceable as possible by applying a diverse set of techniques, e.g., documentation, trainings, coaching, key user concepts, communities.
  • Measure the performance of your product to retrieve actions around user adoption or improvement.
  • Ensure that your products are adopted by your target users, improved or sunset.
Who you are:
  • To be successful in this role, we believe that you have good prioritization skills and the ability to go into details without losing focus on the bigger picture.
  • 4+ years as Product Manager/Senior Process Owner or similar role in finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Proficiency in Jira for managing product backlogs and sprints.
  • In-depth knowledge of the finance domain in SAP (e.g. GL/AP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, self motivated and problem solver
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
