Job summary

Confirma Software in Sweden is seeking a technically curious software professional to build solutions for thousands of merchants. You will understand customer and business needs, turning them into practical software across payments, loyalty, and inventory.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support and Engineering, using AI tools to explore, test and improve the system, and own your work from idea to production.

Writing code is becoming easier. Understandingwhat to build, why it matters, and whether it’s the right solutionis becoming more important.

We’re looking for someone who istechnically curious, driven and interested in both technology and the business behind it.

You don’t need to be a senior developer.

But you should enjoy solving problems, asking questions and taking ownership.

What you’ll do

• Build software used by thousands of merchants
• Understand real customer and business problems and turn them into solutions
• Work with payments, sales, refunds, loyalty and inventory
• Challenge requirements and help shape what should be built
• Work closely with Product, Support and Engineering
• Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude and Codex to explore, build, test and improve software
• Own your work from idea to production

What we’re looking for

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Interest in making AI a fundamental part of how you work

• Fluent in both Swedish and English

Experience withC#/.NET or another modern technology stackis valuable, but we care more about how you think and learn than the technologies on your CV.

Experience withPOS, payments, retail, hospitality, commerce or ERPis a big plus.

AI is becoming a fundamental part of how we engineer.

Use it to explore systems, build, test, investigate and work faster.

But don’t blindly trust it.

You are responsible for understanding the solution, challenging it and making sure it is right.

AI gives you leverage.

Engineering judgement gives that leverage direction.
