Job description

We are looking for a Senior Product Development Engineer for a global manufacturing company in Lund.

Start is in January 2026, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

You will be part of an experienced and agile team and you will focus on:

• Work as a Development Engineer together with peers in an agile team develop and maintain converting equipment and processes.
• Support internal and external stakeholders with your knowledge.
• Support our converting factories with our knowledge to ensure efficient production with good quality.
• Represent the area in different forums externally and internally
• Collaboration with converting factories and suppliers
• Act as an informal leader in development activities
• Writing and follow up on development reports
• Investigations, test planning, execution and analysis of results
• Mechanical design of converting equipment

Required skills:

• Experience from working with process and equipment development
• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience from automated production and testing is seen as an advantage.

Meritorious skills:

• Previous experience as a Design Engineer with experience in Creo and Windchill

Since the position involves much collaboration with a lot of different stakeholders, you need to be flexible with a strong ability to adjust. This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Lund. Start is in January 2026, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
