Job summary

LeoVegas is seeking a Product Designer to join the Core Experience team in our Stockholm office. You will own UX/UI for the Nordic market clusters across web and mobile, shaping signup flows, verification journeys, and promotional experiences for multiple brands including BetMGM and LeoVegas.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build scalable components in Figma, and test concepts rapidly. You’ll balance accessibility WCAG standards with regulatory requirements while driving consistency

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer for digital products.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and experience contributing to design systems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and regulated user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with openness to AI workflows.
• Self-motivated and pragmatic, able to execute without over-complicating tasks.
• NICE TO HAVES: UI animations, ProtoPie, and knowledge of iGaming/Fintech contexts.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end UX/UI design for the Nordic market across web and native apps.
• Designing accessible interfaces that balance compliance with a seamless user experience.
• Collaborating with PMs, Engineers, QA, and UX Researchers to move features from discovery to launch.
• Using Figma to build scalable components, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for rapid testing and handoff.
• Leveraging data, user feedback, and A/B results to improve conversions and onboarding.
• Communicating design strategy clearly to partners and maintaining product consistency.
