Job summary

Husqvarna Forest & Garden is seeking a meticulous Business Support Administrator in Huskvarna to ensure product data, prices, and processes are accurate and aligned with demand. You will support Product Management, Data Management, Finance, Marketing and Sustainability across the business, contributing to a Center of Excellence for data governance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems and PLM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience of structured administrative or data-related work.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in English, both in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Products, Product Models and Articles in STEP and Teamcenter based on requests from Article Managers.
• Assortment control – ensure lifecycle status, sales start/end dates and key attributes are correct.
• Initiate ERP onboarding of new Articles together with Supply and Demand.
• Transfer price administration and updates in our ERP system.
• Handle support requests through Jira and analyze data completeness; report gaps to Product Management.
• Act as back-up for colleagues in other Business Support areas over time.
• Contribute to Data Management Center of Excellence: ticket coordination, training and communication.
• Improve our ways of working, documentation and processes.
