SSC Space AB söker en Produktförsäkringschef vid avdelningen Payloads and Flight Systems i Solna. Du planerar arbetsflöden för produktförsäkring, leder designgranskningar och ser till att krav, kvalitet och säkerhet följs genom hela utvecklingscykeln.

Du har erfarenhet av kvalitets- eller säkerhetsarbete inom teknikdriven miljö och kan driva riskbedömningar, avvikelsehantering samt stödja systemnivå i tekniska uppgifter. En internationell arbetsmiljö väntar.

Qualifications

• Bakgrund som kvalitets- eller säkerhetsingenjör eller systemingenjör med intresse för produktförsäkring
• Erfarenhet av högkvalitetskrav och riskbedömning inom teknikintensiva projekt
• Goda färdigheter i engelska – tal och skrift

Responsibilities

• Planera produktförsäkringsarbetet och tidsplanera aktiviteter
• Leda designgranskningar och driva revisionsprocesser
• Stödja efterlevnad och förbättring av arbetsmetoder
• Delta i verifieringsaktiviteter och hantera avvikelser
• Ge systemnivåstöd i tekniska uppgifter och projekt

At Payloads & Flight Systems, we design, build, and integrate unique scientific experiments for sounding rockets, stratospheric balloons, and other space platforms. Our work transforms complex customer needs into reliable technical systems that perform flawlessly under the toughest conditions.

As our Product assurance manager, you will play an important role in all the stages of the development lifecycle with focus on ensuring the solutions we design complies with the scientific purposes. You’ll work closely with engineers from various disciplines to ensure our payloads meet demanding requirements for precision, reliability, and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

You have a background as a quality or safety assurance manager or systems engineering with a strong interest in product assurance and have a genuine interest in space technology. Experience from other safety critical domains with high quality demands can be very valuable. You thrive when you see that your work ensured the timely delivery to the customer according to specifications.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• In depth experience from leading/performing technical review of mechatronic systems.
• Experienced in performing risk assessment and proposing mitigations.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities include

• Plan the product assurance work.
• Lead and facilitate design reviews.
• Support the adherence to and improvement of ways of working.
• Participating in verification activities.
• Manage deviations and non-conformances.
• Provide support and guidance on system level in technical tasks and projects.
